How to share your data with Brath

To enable Brath to deliver optimal results and accurately evaluate the impact of our work, we require access to the analytics tools associated with your website. Below, we provide instructions on how to grant us access to the most common tools we may need to use.

This part of the guide explains how to share your data from Google Analytics 4 with us.

Step 1: Log in to Google Analytics

Step 2: Click on Admin (the gear icon) at the bottom of the left-hand menu.

Step 3: Click on Account Access Management in the Admin section.

Step 4: Click on the “+ icon” in the top right corner and select Add users

Step 5: Enter the email address “wmt@brath.se“.

Step 6: Select “Notify new users by email” to send a notification to the user.

Step 7: Select the “Analyst” role.

Step 8: Click Add in the top right corner.

This part of the guide explains how to share your data from Google Analytics 4 with Authoritas.

Step 1: Log in to Google Analytics

Step 2: Click on Admin (the gear icon) at the bottom of the left-hand menu.

Step 3: Click on Account Access Management in the Admin section.

Step 4: Click on the “+ icon” in the top right corner and select Add users

Step 5: Enter the email address “authoritas-service-account-ga4@authoritas-453009.iam.gserviceaccount.com“.

Step 6: Select the “Viewer” role.

Step 7: Click Add in the top right corner.

If you are unable to complete any of these steps, it might be because you lack the necessary permissions to make these changes. Contact us if you need assistance, and we’ll resolve it together.

Google Search Console

This part of the guide explains how to share your data from Google Search Console with us.

Step 1: Log in to Search Console.

Step 2: Find the website in the list, click on “Settings” in the lower-left corner, and then select “Users and permissions”.

Step 3: Click on “Add user” and enter the email address “wmt@brath.se” (unless your project manager has provided you with a different address).

Normally, it is fine for you to select “Full” access for us, then click “Add.”

Google Ads

This part of the guide explains how to share your data from Google Ads with us.

Step 1: Log in to your Google Ads account.
Step 2: You will find your Google Ads ID at the top left corner. Copy the number and send an email with the ID to your contact person at Brath. (See the image below)

Step 3: In the next step, we will send a request for access to your account. We will notify you once it’s done, and you will then need to log in to Google Ads again to approve our request.

Step 4: When logged into your Google Ads account, click on the “Admin gear” icon at the bottom left side and select “Access/Security.”

Step 5: Click on “Accept Request” for “Brath MCC” or “Brath Analysis MCC,” depending on which account appears under “Client Managers” in the list. (See the image below)

Google Tag Manager

Add users to an account

Step 1: Log in to your Google Tag Manager account.

Step 2: Click on Admin.

Step 3: In the Account column, select User Management.

Step 4: Click on the blue plus icon.

Add

Step 5: Select Add users.

Step 6: Enter the email address “wmt@brath.se“.

Step 7: Set Account Permissions. Select Administrator.

Step 8: Click Invite. Each invited user will receive an invitation to use the container.

Add users to a container (specific website)

Step 1: Log in to your Google Tag Manager account.

Step 2: Click on Admin.

Step 3: In the Container column, select User Management.

Step 4: Click on the blue plus icon.

Step 5: Select Add users.

Step 6: Enter the email address “wmt@brath.se“.

Step 7: Assign Container permissions.

Step 8: Click Invite. Each invited user will receive an invitation to use the container.
