No to long-term contracts

Aaron Axelsson

We firmly believe that as a customer, you should never be bound by a long-term contract. Why should you be forced to continue purchasing a service if you want to stop? We can only think of one reason: the seller expects you to be dissatisfied.

A salesperson who requires you to commit to a one- or even three-year contract for search engine optimization expects that you won’t want to keep the service after a few months. Otherwise, there would be no need for you to be stuck in such a contract. We have a strong aversion to these types of agreements that force unhappy customers to continue paying for a service they no longer want. We would never put ourselves in such a situation, so why would we do that to our customers?

We have a 30-day notice period in our contracts. If you’re not satisfied with our service, you shouldn’t be forced to stay. We trust our product, and we know we deliver something that will make you happy. We are fully convinced of that, which is why we don’t need to lock you in.

Take a look at the notice period in the contract—if it’s long, something is not right.
